Participate in Clinical Trials

Being pursued for a bone marrow biopsy

This is silly but one particular blood cancer charity/ agency asked me to post a video making an appeal to an audience to participate in something, not fundraising but something to encourage members of the audience to "sign up".   Just joking I offered, "how about something easy - like a bone marrow biopsy?".   So, here it is.  Actually, it's a serious appeal to get audience members to enroll in a bone marrow Tissue Bank study.  Similar studies have produced incredible research and actionable results for patients managing Multiple Myeloma. I ask audience members discuss their situation with at least two very knowledgeable physicians, Dr. Guy Sherwood and Dr. Robert (Bob) Kyle for more information.

Veteran Patients Panel

Click for video: Patient? Veterans or Veteran Patients?OK Jack, have you ever moderated a panel?  Well, at that same event I was the "moderator" of a Patient Panel of Treatment Veterans.  These are veteran patients that have had a variety of treatment over the years.

I tell my "recently diagnosed" story about my first encounter with this particular Ed Forum tract years ago when I believed the discussion would be centered around military veterans possibly U.S. Navy veterans like me where there is some positive correlation to the blood cancer population. Needless to say, we were not discussing military veterans as I expected, a little humorous.

Videos of a variety of Jack's presentations, speeches, and TV and Radio shows will be posted here,

Please come back soon.
